Villa Calluna
Villa Calluna is one of the villas in the Pini settlement with a beautiful large covered terrace in front of which there is a swimming pool.

One of them has a separate entrance from the terrace, and a bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has a bathroom with a shower and a view of the garden. Spiral internal stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, which have separate bathrooms, and each of them has a covered terrace with a beautiful view.

Lovreč - Pini
This settlement in the Poreč area, due to its rich cultural and historical heritage, can certainly be called a town, although today it is permanently inhabited by only about 300 inhabitants. Located at 202 m above sea level, due to its interesting location (the southern border of the municipality is the Lim Channel, while the northwestern border extends into central Istria) at the crossroads of roads connecting Poreč, Vrsar, Barat and Kringa, with fertile land, the area of Sveti Lovreč has been inhabited since prehistoric times to the present day. The main features of the urban appearance of the settlement are the exceptionally well-preserved Venetian walls with towers and city gates, renovated and strengthened in 1368, which testify to the defensive significance of this place since antiquity. Be sure to visit the parish church of St. Martin with a bell tower from the 11th century, which is part of the Venetian walls and has the shape of a tower. The church has preserved the remains of wall paintings from the 11th century, which belong to the group of the oldest preserved wall paintings in Istria. In addition to the parish church, the town and its surroundings contain a number of sacral monuments and objects of great value: witnesses to the long tradition, culture and history of this region.
