Villa Helianthus is a typical Istrian villa with a private pool for a comfortable accomodation of 4 people.
Far from the bustle of civilization, yet surrounded by all the advantages of modern lifestyle, our guests can enjoy a fresh and clean Istrian air surrounded by indigenous Mediterranean plants planted in a private garden surrounding the villa, or swimming in a rectangular swimming pool and resting on a sunbathing area equipped with modern lounges with pillows and large rectangular (3mx3m) sunshade. The yard is fenced with a stone fence which, along with the plants, secures the peace and privacy of the villa . In the courtyard there are two parking spaces covered with a blinds-net and separated by a fence from the rest of the yard.
The villa consists of ground and first floor. The ground floor consists of entrance hall, a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with enough dining space for up to 6 people, and a living room with a sitting set, carpet, table and a multimedia facilities. From the dining room and the living room, you come out to a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture for dining and with built barbecue. In the separated part of the ground floor there is a separate toilet with a washing machine, and a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. From the bedroom inters a covered terrace, and from the window reaches an unforgettable view of the meadow in front of the villa. The internal staircase leads to the first floor where is a large and comfortable bedroom with an open fireplace and a balcony from wich, on a sunny days, can be seen the Adriatic Sea. Also there is a wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, two wash basins, and bide.

Vranje selo
Vranje village is permanently inhabited by only twenty families, ie. About 50 inhabitants, who are primarily engaged in farming, primarily viticulture, but also vegetable production. Today, the population is increasingly turning to tourism. The village itself is one of the 27 settlements within the municipality of Vižinada. It is located about 2 km northwest of Vižinada and is a small rural area. The access to the village is by asphalt road, while the last 20 meters of the access road to the villa is macadam.
