The villa consist of ground and upper floor. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room for eight persons is separated from large living room. The bedroom on the ground floor has an integrated bathroom with a shower and exit on covered terrace.
Interior staircase leads to upper floor where are three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one restroom. First bedroom has integrated bathroom with shower and exit to private balcony. The view from the room spreads on pool and landscape. Second bedroom has an integrated restroom. This room shares a bathroom with bath tub with third room. Third bedroom has an exit on balcony which offers view on the pool and landscape. This balcony can also be accessed from hallway.

Lovreč - Radići
Settelement Radići is located in the municiapality of Sveti Lovreč and is one of twenty- three villages. Radići are located about 3 km northeast of the village Sveti Lovreč and about 14 km airline away from the sea. In relation to the road, Radići is located east from traffic route Baderna- Sveti Lovreč and east of the so called Istrian Y (highway section).
Sveti Lovreč is approximately 15 km away from Poreč and the sea and approx. 20 km from Pazin. It is settled along the road Baderna – Kanfanar, which in the direction north-south connects the Istrian hinterland settlements west of Pazin.
Sveti Lovreč is the center of the rural settlements in its surrounding and contributes to their quality of life. In Sveti Lovreč there is an elementary school, an outpatient clinic, an administration office, post office, a grocery store etc.
